This 10 minute yoga flow was probably my favourite of the three that I have tried so far, and the one that has inspired me the most. I ended up doing it 3 days in a row before heading to my classes this week. I like the length of the routine, it’s really easy to fit it into my schedule and follow along with the video. I really like starting with a meditation in the beginning, especially for a morning routine, then going into the familiar cat/cow pose. I like that her routine is personal and mindful, and flows together really well. It was easy to go from one pose to the next without taking long to reposition. I think having a video to follow along with also helped with this, rather than following a diagram or just a picture. She also incorporated variations of the poses I was already familiar with, making it a bit of a challenge while still being realistic and easy for the morning.
