I tried this morning yoga routine twice this past week, once on Wednesday evening and once on Friday morning. I really liked starting the day on Friday with the 5 minute meditation. I will admit that my least favourite pose was the 20 second plank but I would like to keep practicing it until I can do it effortlessly or for a longer time. The most difficult pose was the three-legged dog because I felt unstable! My favourite was probably the regular down dog because it was a much needed stretch in my arms, legs, and back. Overall, this was an easy and quick, yet thorough routine that made a great start to my SMART goal.
